In 2025 we kept our heads down and our pencils sharp in an active but competitive market. Our agility helped us adapt quickly to change and challenge. As a result, TWCP Fund III has deployed ~$270 million of capital across a diversified portfolio of 32 platform companies. 2025 has proven to be as energetic as we expected.

Washington Metal Fabricators
We are pleased to announce the closing of our recent investment in True West Fund III, Washington Metal Fabricators. Founded in 1979, Washington Metal Fabricators offers an array of metal fabrication, CNC machining, assembly and engineering services that cater to customers of all sizes with capabilities covering welding, cutting, forming, and finishing. True West provided first lien debt and equity to support the acquisition of Washington Metal Fabricators, a portfolio company of House Rock Capital Partners. The transaction closed in February 2024.
